The Team

My responsibility is to take our vision and connect it to operational impact. We have ambitious goals to move our beautiful corner of the world to net-zero and we will do this because we understand why and how we will get there.

Two pillars make up my responsibilities:

1. Customers and product: making sure that customers get the best combinations of products and services (product, marketing, and sales)

2. Partnerships and acquisitions: partnering is an integral component of our strategy, and so is acquiring companies in the energy space in Switzerland.

As Chief Operating Officer, I drive operational excellence across all our group companies, standardizing processes, optimizing supply chains, integrating systems, ensuring quality, and scaling installation capacity to support growth and process improvements.

As Head of Finance, I keep the numbers clear and the cash flowing, making sure all locations follow the same financial playbook, spotting savings, supporting deals, and giving the team and investors a clear picture of how the business is really doing.

Dr. Philipp Hofstetter is an accomplished leader with expertise in international business and sustainable energy. He brings a wealth of experience to Swiss Solar Group AG, where he plays a key role in shaping the company’s strategic initiatives and driving its commitment to renewable energy solutions.

Dr. Roland Böhi is an entrepreneurially minded, experienced lawyer with extensive expertise in strategy and leadership and regularly advises entrepreneurs on a wide range of issues. With his in-depth expertise in tax and corporate law and experience in various industries, he provides significant support to Swiss Solar Group AG in its strategic growth, financial structuring, and long-term sustainability.

Sandro De Luca is an entrepreneur and investor focused on sustainable energy and finance. As founder of blue8x AG and Private Market Group, he drives investments in renewable energy and energy efficiency, supporting Swiss Solar Group AG’s mission for a net-zero future.

Dr. Felix Grolman is an experienced leader in the renewable energy sector, currently serving as CEO of VSB Group. With over 15 years of expertise, he has driven initiatives in renewable energy development, digitalization, and energy transition, supporting sustainable growth at Swiss Solar Group AG.

Pedro Miguel De Sousa Miranda brings a wealth of renewable energy expertise to Swiss Solar Group AG. His strategic vision and commitment to sustainable innovation help propel our mission to deliver cutting-edge solar solutions for a greener future.
